1. Services Provided

  • Talent4Hire connects businesses with exceptional talent through personalized recruitment services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • Candidate sourcing and selection.

  • Consultation to align recruitment with business needs.

  • Support for hiring processes at all levels, from office support to C-suite roles.

  • Specific terms for individual services will be outlined in a separate agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the hiring or application process.

  • Use our platform and services in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Refrain from unauthorized or fraudulent activities that could harm our operations or reputation.

Candidates and employers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information shared during recruitment.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared between Talent4Hire, candidates, and employers is confidential and must not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties. Both parties agree to respect privacy and confidentiality in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Talent4Hire website and related platforms are the intellectual property of Talent4Hire.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Payment and Fees

For clients using our recruitment services:

  • Fees, payment terms, and schedules will be detailed in the service agreement.

  • Payments must be made promptly as per the terms agreed upon.

  • Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Talent4Hire strives to provide accurate, reliable, and efficient services; however:

  • We do not guarantee a specific outcome or hire for employers.

  • We are not liable for the actions, behavior, or performance of candidates post-placement.

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talent4Hire is not responsible for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from reliance on our services or candidate placements.

  • Issues arising between candidates and employers after recruitment.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services directly causing an issue, if proven.

8. Termination

Talent4Hire reserves the right to terminate services or access to the platform if users:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions.

  • Engage in activities that harm our reputation or operations.

You may terminate services by providing written notice as per the service agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
